The Director of Recruitment will oversee our Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Departments company. This pivotal role requires an individual with a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape and a strategic mindset to steer our hiring campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of our recruitment strategies, managing high-level relationships, and ensuring that our hiring processes meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization.
For this role we are looking for a candidate with proven experience in the position of Director of Recruitment or Lead Recruitment in international companies with 1000+ employees or more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Lead the strategic planning of hiring campaigns to ensure the company's talent objectives are met
Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights to adjust hiring strategy
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Establish seamless communication between Customer Success Managers, stakeholders, and recruiters
Engage in high-level communications with department heads, CEO, COO, and CFO concerning departmental initiatives and queries
Work in tandem with the marketing department to analyze the quality of candidates and enhance recruitment marketing strategies
3. Market Research & Platform Management:
Investigate new markets, platforms, and potential candidate pools
Foster relationships with major job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, work.ua, jobs.ge) and ensure timely payment for vacancy listings
Work in tandem with the marketing department to analyze the quality of candidates and enhance recruitment marketing strategies
4. Operational Management:
Oversee the creation of Job Descriptions for new positions and complex administrative roles
Control the budget allocation and utilization for recruitment activities
Ensure transparency and effective communication within the department, providing clear feedback to recruiters
5. Performance & Metrics Management:
Utilize recruitment metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of hiring campaigns
Analyze candidate quality from various sources, including the the company’s internal Academy
Monitor and assess turnover rates and the overall quality of hires
Mentor and guide recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
6. Flexibility & Adaptability:
Showcase an open-minded approach towards changing scopes of work and varying priorities
Rebuild and restructure hiring strategies, pipelines, and processes asrequired
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in the position of Director of Recruitment or Lead Recruitment in international companies with 1000+ employees.

4. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools
5. Proficiency in recruitment metrics and data analysis
6. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills

9. An open-minded approach with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
10. Experience with mass recruitment: KPI for the recruitment department - 100-150 new employees per month
