Training and Development Manager/Lead

Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects premium travelers with travel experts for better and easier trip planning, booking, and managing. Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in our revenue and a team of hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City, and we keep expanding. We are seeking a Training and Development Manager who will be responsible to drive ongoing learning processes within our organization. As the Training and Development Manager, you will focus on building a robust online training platform, developing comprehensive courses, and ensuring the knowledge base is easily accessible to all employees. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to training and quality assurance.

Duties:

  • Develop frameworks and playbooks for ongoing learning processes;
  • Create and manage an online training platform;
  • Design and implement comprehensive training courses;
  • Ensure all training materials are accessible online;
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training and quality assurance;
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements;
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to company standards.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT product companies, designing and implementing employee development programs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities;
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and online training platforms;
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials;
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Nice to have: 

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
