We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position. This person should have a clear understanding of marketing and its processes; experience in TV, non-TV and content projects; the ability to not only implement but also come up with ideas; responsibility for the final product and be a team player.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in art direction and leading a creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring high-quality output with a portfolio of brand-building projects
- A portfolio with work in the field of hospitality & real estate is a must
- Ability to work with 3D models
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Readymag, Figma, C4D, Keynote and other relevant tools
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience in creating a wide range of design deliverables, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more
- Understanding of branding and ability to develop and maintain consistent visual identities across various platforms and channels
- Ability to create visuals and presentations independently
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and design execution of projects, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the strategists, designers, and copywriters to develop creative strategies and concepts that align with clients' marketing objectives
- Generate ideas and supervise their visualization
- Provide art direction and guidance to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality output
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identities and brand guidelines across various marketing channels and platforms
- Manage the process of creating compelling and visually engaging designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, websites, and more
- Collaborate with the copywriters to ensure the integration of design and copy that effectively communicates clients' messages
- Work closely with the Strategist to ensure that design concepts and visual elements align with the overall marketing strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new tools, and share knowledge and insights with the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining design quality and consistency
