- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone calls and emails;
- Know our customer-facing offering thoroughly so that you can answer questions;
- Data entry including customer comments, status updates, and pricing;
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer support process;
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment (such as researching information online to answer questions).
