We are looking for a systematic, business-oriented HR professional. The ideal candidate should be skilled in elevating team maturity, boosting remote work satisfaction, and enhancing employee motivation and performance.
Tasks:
- Attract top-performers from outside the company and improve the overall skill level of the team
- Ensure strong and consistent team motivation to achieve company goals
- Improve the performance level of the team through the implementation of goal-setting and performance review processes
- Reduce employee turnover and increase employee satisfaction in a remote work environment
- Create and maintain an "industry leader" mindset within the team, setting a high standard for all activities
- Increase the maturity level of the management team
- Provide coaching and growth opportunities for the top management team, facilitating their professional development
- Coordinate the recruitment process, through contractors and in-house hiring, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process
- Take care of the team's job satisfaction and implement the necessary actions for this
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a product-based IT company
- Proven experience in building and optimizing HR processes, including metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational skills are vital, as well as being detail-oriented and dependable
- Prior experience in a large organization is highly preferred
- Experience in building and managing fully remote teams understanding the dynamics of remote work
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to adapt it to company needs
- Business-oriented and well-versed in the roles within a product-based IT company
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Experience in recruiting for cross-border teams, including Senior level roles
- English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level or higher
Candidate Selection Process:

- Second interview with the company's CEO
- Third interview with the CEO and company owner
