Our client is a fast growing California startup with an R&D center in Kyiv. The company has existed since 2015, works in the travel industry and is growing x2 from year to year.

The company operates in the B2C segment: helping premium customers in the US to book and manage travel. The main focus is international air travel and airline tickets. An individual consultant works with each client, who builds relationships, offers exclusive products and takes care of the client.

The company's mission is to be the top choice for premium American travelers when organizing travel.

Location: remote work / office - 50/50. The office is planned for Kyiv, Ukraine. There is a possibility of relocation to the States.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall digital marketing strategy; 
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social and display advertising for customer acquisition;
  • Own, manage and scale marketing accounts, budgets and campaigns in various channels while meeting CAC goals;
  • Lead media planning, campaign optimisation, ad operations, structural campaign audits and reporting;
  • Establish volume and budget forecasting;
  • Ensure the best possible spent optimisation by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other tactics;
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Product to assess lead quality deeper in the funnel; 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, starting a career as a PPC specialist.
  • English - B1-B2 +
  • Great hands-on experience in paid digital channels, performance marketing.

  • The salary is a wide range, from $ 3000 and more, it all depends on the experience of the specialist and the tasks that he is ready to take on. For example, if there is a Senior level in SEM (Google, Bing, FB), SEO, SMM and other functions, experience in creating a digital marketing function from scratch, we are ready to discuss $ 4000-7000 +.

Interview stages

  1. Screening with a recruiter, answering questions - 20 minutes.
  2. Intro about the company, meeting the CEO - 1 hour.
  3. Interview with an invited specialist from a partner company - 1 hour.
