- Professional experience with running marketing campaigns for early stage startups (fintech or blockchain a plus);
- Advanced skills on paid marketing channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn marketing, Instagram marketing;
- Knowledgeable about attribution;
- AB testing skills;
- Creative thinker not limited to established ways of doing things;
