Work Process

We follow a clearly defined process that includes a thorough analysis of the client's needs, candidate search and evaluation, selection, and candidate support at all stages of cooperation.
Day 1
After signing the contract and processing the request, the candidate search begins.
Day 6
Suitable candidates are presented for review (after interviews and selection).
Day 6-28
After submitting the first three candidates, we contact the client to determine the exact requirements.
Day 30-35
Job offers are issued to candidates approved by the client.
Day 45-55
The vacancy is closed, and the candidate starts working in the client company.
+3 months
Guarantee period. If the candidate does not pass the probationary period, we will replace them free of charge.
