Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our team, responsible for the development of a new, groundbreaking algorithm. The scope of the role is flexible, ranging from initial concept to infinite possibilities depending on the progression of the research and the level of assistance required. Together with our CTO, the selected candidate will form the core of a new R&D direction within the company, ultimately shaping a new sub-team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience. 
• The ability to actively participate in the development of a blockchain algorithm utilizing asymmetric quantum encryption and a stake vote consensus mechanism.
• Experience with integrating the Delegated Proof of Stake with Borda Count (DPoSB) for block generation through voting, alongside quantum digital signature technology leveraging Quantum State Computational Distinguishability with a Fully Flipped Permutation (QSCDff) problem for securing transactions. 
• English at a level that enables clear communication of algorithm functionality and the ability to answer inquiries.

• Lead the creation of a novel algorithm, as outlined above, serving as the foundation for a new, unique blockchain. 
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, analysts, and developers to translate research findings into practical applications. 
• Actively contribute to the advancement of our company's R&D efforts, driving innovation and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity.
