 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization. If you have experience in scaling customer acquisition through paid channels, referrals, and SEO while driving measurable business growth, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of paid acquisition specialists (PPC and MediaBuy) with clear goals and KPIs to optimize target execution.
  • Optimizing the split of paid traffic tools to meet new customer acquisition goals.
  • Develop and manage annual and monthly budgets for paid traffic campaigns.
  • Search for new and non-standard acquisition channels in different markets.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting, implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Expand traffic and acquire new clients by creating and implementing a strategy for additional lead generation sites.
  • Oversee the SEO agency to grow organic traffic.
  • Coordinate of the referral program manager to enhance acquisition through referrals.
  • Optimize landing pages and communication chains for new customers to increase conversion rate.
  • Synchronize actions with the affiliate team to achieve marketing goals.

Expected Results:

  • Meet annual customer acquisition goals in all countries.
  • Rebuild and optimize a paid acquisition team by replacing low performers and setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Reduce CAC by 20+% in paid channels through A/B testing, campaign optimization, channel split optimization, conversion rate and data-driven decisions.

Professional Qualifications:.

  • 5+ years in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
  • Experience in building and leading a team of 10+ specialists. 
  • Work with annual budgets of $2M+
  • Strong skills in managing all paid advertising tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and improving ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance. 
  • Experience in research and entering new markets from scratch. 
  • Experience in data analysis and making data-driven decisions that resulted in at least a 50% growth after implementation.
  • Skilled in budget planning for efficient ad spending.
  • Experience in the following domains: Fin-tech, large-scale e-commerce or marketplace platforms, dating, gambling, forex, edtech, nutrition, travel, hospitality, fashion, electronics, home goods, and beauty products, software utilities.
  • Advanced in English.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
