An IT company specializing in technology consulting, AI solutions, and software development outsourcing is seeking a CEO. You will have the opportunity to build new strategic directions and developing an ongoing improvement to the structure and processes that will be needed to underpin company growth.

As a СEO, you will execute the company’s service delivery strategy. You will collaborate closely with the company's Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to uphold our customer-centric approach, ensuring the growth of enduring and fruitful customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Define the strategy and direction for the company development. Lead and manage strategy execution.
  • Aligning goals and KPIs of executives to attain to results supporting company strategy. Leading key strategic initiatives.
  • Align and streamline cooperation between all key units: Sales/Presales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Admin and operations
  • Lead, couch, back and motivate the team of executives to achieve results: develop Personal Development Plans, 1 to 1 meetings,  assessments
  • Take accountability for Delivering outcomes to the Clients
  • Oversee the ongoing evolution of service quality, assure delivery & engineering excellence, drive continuous improvements
  • Together with a dedicated Finance team manage company financial results, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and grow revenue
  • Work with the Board of Directors to make company strategy, execution results, financials, and customer experience is transparent and presented monthly

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, computer sciences, economics, marketing or relevant areas
  • Master of Business Administration is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation space, either as sales, marketing, or software engineering roles
  • Experience in managing partnerships with technology providers
  • Strong experience in managing client relations
  • Proven experience leading a team of senior managers
  •  Demonstrated collaborative style, with the ability to influence diverse teams and build strong relationships across various internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving business and financial results
  •  English (full professional proficiency required)

Selection stages:

1.     Interview with a recruiter from Indigo (30-45 min)

2.     Interview with a representative of the company's recruitment department  (30-45 min)

3.     Technical Interview (1-1.5h)

4.     Pre-Offer Call (15min)
