Professional Qualifications:
— Proven track record of at least 10 years in software development.
— Previous experience as a CTO for min 5 years.
— Proven experience leading and managing technology teams.
— Experience in managing large complex projects.
— High technical level in our technical stack (Java 11-13, React, PostgreSQL, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway), Apache Kafka, Microservices) as well as knowledge of other languages (Python, PHP) at the level of understanding and the possibility of conducting interviews.
— Experience with DevOps processes.
— Deep understanding of design patterns and best practices in development.
— Business-oriented mindset.
— Upper-intermediate level English.

— Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
— Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
— Oversee department budgets, and resource allocation.
— Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and partners.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) to define and prioritize features based on market needs and bring new products to market.
— Work closely with other C-level executives, including the CEO and CFO, to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
