• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in creating and successfully implementing marketing strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization, and project management

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• Lead brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to plan creative campaigns that enhance brand awareness.

Acquisition and Conversion Optimization:

• Direct paid campaigns, optimizing keyword bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Manage digital PR, fostering link-building initiatives and press collaborations.

Retention and Engagement Mastery:

• Lead affiliate marketing, partnerships, and loyalty programs for sustained customer engagement.
• Enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting Mastery:

• Manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
