Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from gathering requirements to launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with tech teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current product vision
- Organize cross-functional strategic sessions to drive product innovation
- Build and scale the product team
- Support customer acquisition and expand the partner ecosystem
It’s all about you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in building and/or leading CRM products is a must
- Experience working with web and mobile products
- A strong track record of product development with measurable business results
- Experience in managing projects, budgets, and teams
- Familiarity with unit economics and product development frameworks

This role is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in CRM systems and hands-on experience working with solutions from vendors such as Veeva, IQVIA, or Salesforce.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an additional strong advantage.
