Work Process

We work according to a clearly defined process that includes a thorough analysis of the client's needs, searching and evaluating candidates, selection, and support of candidates at all stages of cooperation.
Day 1
After a detailed study of the request and signing the contract, the search for candidates begins.
Day 6
We send the first candidates after our interview. And we start sending weekly reports on the work results.
Day 6-30
After submitting the first three candidates, we contact the client to clarify the requirements. Usually, they change a bit in the process.
Day 45-55
We help prepare an offer for the selected candidate.
Day 65-100
The vacancy is closed, and the candidate starts working in the client company.
+3-6 months
Warranty period. If the candidate does not pass the probationary period, we will replace them for free.
