Have at least three years of product management or equivalent experience.
Have a deep understanding of product metrics and strong research skills.
Have software development experience (or experience working on similar projects), especially in the backend development area.
Have experience in driving products from 0 to 1 and furthering their growth.
Are familiar with programming languages and modern software development practices.
Are comfortable working in a highly technical domain.
Are ready to learn Kotlin, Ktor, and Exposed and become an active user.
Have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Are proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
Have experience in the open-source market.

Extensively interacting with users to identify their needs, problems, and ways to solve them.
Conducting UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions.
Identifying product metrics needed for monitoring success and data-driven decisions.
Generating, prioritizing, and testing hypotheses, sometimes using out-of-the-box methods.
Defining and implementing a product vision and strategy aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that addresses short- and long-term product goals.
Building and incrementally improving the product development process from scratch.
Working closely with developers, analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, and marketing and product managers.
Cooperating with the authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools.
