Senior Financial Controller

For this role, we are looking for candidates with proven experience working in international companies with budgets in the tens of millions of dollars.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring internal controls and communication with respective Business Units on any relative risks. Reporting to CFO;

• Monthly tight collaboration with Business Units on requested Monthly Budgets, making sure all requests are in line with the Budget. Reporting to CFO;

• Consolidation of Monthly Budgets from the Units, detailed assessment, and control on Plan/Fact figures. Communication with US Team (financial controllers in US), making

sure all transfers are done on time and all clarifications negotiated promptly;

• Control over Cost Centers Payment requests and Payment status. Double check of AR and AP reports;

• Control over Cost Centers and relevant classification of expenses. Assessment of cost efficiency and preparing respective reports;

• Cross-check of all Reporting correctness controls (cross-check of all interconnected reporting files, double check to documents etc);

• Collaboration with Finance Managers, Financial reporter & Accounting teams in order to prepare accurate Financial Reports;

• Providing guidance to Business Units on unusual cases of payments, communication with Banks/Payment systems/US Team on any payment related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Finance controlling department.

• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Salesforce.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Analytical skills.

• English B2+.
